Each April the Blue Knight’s organize a memorial ride to honor law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The risk that men and women take to be employed in this field is admirable. And as invincible as they may think they are when they take the pledge to protect us…the truth is, each and every day they are at risk of being harmed or losing their lives.

This year Panera Bread sponsored coffee and bagels with donations going to Protective K9 Ballistic Vests. The ending party after a beautiful ride was at Bulow Campground with a great BBQ chicken lunch. A special thank you to Rue & Ziffra, JP Cycles and Flagler County for always supporting our community heroes! And personal thank you to Danny Mattia and County Commissioner George Hanns for sending me the photos of this event.
