I have been riding on Angel Flight Rides since the first one out of The White Eagle 18 years ago. Lisa and Tom have been involved with this ride even before they bought 1405 Saloon and made it the Angel Flight homebase. Stops this year started with breakfast at Beaver Bar in Ormond Beach, then OB’s Restaurant & Lounge in Deland, The Hideaway Bar & Grill in Pomona Park, and Cheyenne Saloon in East Palatka before the end of ride party at 1405 Saloon in Bunnell. The crowd was large, and all the bars accommodated us as quickly as they possibly could. Voodoo Vibe was excellent on stage at 1405. Thanks to the sponsors Miller Lite, HOG Radio, Daytona Sportswear, Del’s Garage, The Enforcers, Pinch A Penny, Vinny the Printer Inc, Sea Gate Homes, Mangano Plumbing and of course the Platinum Sponsors Donnie & Lisa King, Tom and Lisa Moravec (owners of 1405) and Debbie Clark. And I want to thank each and every one of you who took your Sunday to help finance flights for medical intervention and disaster relief during desperate times. I heard they may move this to November next year so we will keep you posted.
