Adamec Harley Davidson in Jacksonville had a low country boil with an escorted motorcycle ride. They called it Bike & Boil on February 26th at their Baymeadow’s location. The ride left at 10:00am and went on a 50 mile ride through Jacksonville led by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
When we arrived back at the dealership Big Engine was on stage which was a nice surprise to me. There was so much food you could go back for seconds, and a lot of riders did! They had a 50/50 drawing which was won by Denise Buck-Mangels, who donated it all back. She was the lady with the Silpada jewelry booth.
They also had a silent auction. There was a fashion show with bike wear from Adamec, too. JSO showed their skills in the parking lot, with cones so close, that you could barely walk, through much less, ride a bike through.
This ride benefited Angelwood, Inc., who provides a variety of services for children & adults with Autism, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida and intellectual disabilities. Also, Builders Care, who make homes safe and livable for people with disabilities. It was a great success so please watch for the 2nd Bike & Boil and sign up for it!!
