Well, as those of you who read Thunder Roads Florida may have noticed by now, we have launched a new website and in doing so we started a members group we named Thunder Riders. I am so excited about our site for many reasons which include more pictures than we can fit in the magazine, the ability for you to submit your events directly on the website so that even after we have gone to print you can still get exposure and if you see yourself in the magazine you can call your Aunt Betty in Nebraska and tell her to go online and see you there!

The amazing thing with the new technology is now we can track not only how many readers, how long they stay on the site but what countries they are logging in from. In just 3 months we have had readers log in from over 40 countries! Of course Bike Week has something to do with that, but we will take the exposure no matter where it comes from.

Part of what we plan with our Thunder Rider group is at major events across the state we will have Meet & Greets, parties or rides. I planned a party if we hit 100 members in 2 weeks for Bike Week and we had over 200 by our first party and we are growing everyday.

The party was a blast. It was held at the Ice House in Bunnell with Three Headed Stepchild rocking the house.  Thanks to all who rode out for our 1st event and to those who read Thunder Roads Florida. Our next Thunder Rider event will be at Leesburg Bike Fest, so sign up for Thunder Riders to get the invite!
