June 2012 Thunder Rider Featured Bike

By Rupert Ross

June Featured BikeDead Man’s Hand art represents the REAL last poker hand that was dealt to Wild Bill Hickok in Deadwood, South Dakota on the day he was shot in the head. Bikes, Babes & BBQ

By Phoenix and Metric BabesWhat more can a man ask for!!! I found them all at this year’s Leesburg Bikefest. BIKES If it is called a motorcycle it was here in Leesburg! All of them were riding what we call “hills” here in Florida. Leesburg sits on what is called “the ridge” and offers some of the most unique rolling “hills” and curves in Florida. Poker Runs…we all know what they are and have ridden on probably hundreds. No telling how much money we have pulled out of our pockets to spend our weekends riding with friends. I have seen unemployed bikers who I know needed that $10-$15 bucks, still show up to support others in need. What use to be runs for downed bikers now is often for general causes or children that are ill. Whatever the cause we saddle up and ride…in every county, every weekend bikers are riding to help.
